I had the privilege of preaching revival meetings in two different churches in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua. With me on this trip to help minister and translate was Pastor Roger Smithson, who oversees our Spanish ministry at Freedom International Church.

First we connected with Pastors Ezequiel and Georgia Garcia. About two hundred people were crammed into their building with about another one hundred standing outside. The meetings were really powerful…the praise and worship was wonderful and God’s presence was strong. One miracle really touched my heart. I had a word of knowledge for someone who had flat feet. A little twelve year old girl came forward crying and crying as the Lord touched her. She fell under the power of the Spirit and the Lord began to operate on her. The next morning she woke up with perfect arches! We went to meet her family and she kicked off her shoes with excitement to show us her feet! Pastors Ezequiel and Georgia also have an elementary school based out of their church. What a great way to touch a neighborhood!

We also connected with Maranatha Ministries – this was through good friends, Pastors Chris and Isis Gonzalez in Los Angeles, California. Maranatha is making quite an impact on the nation of Nicaragua. They have the number one rated radio station in the country. I had the privilege of being interviewed and giving a short encouragement on the air. I also preached for Pastors Enrique and Marta Pedroza, who pastor one of the Maranatha churches (Pastor Enrique also oversees the radio station and Pastor Marta oversees the ministry’s elementary school, which has over 1,200 children enrolled).
